This is a self-adhesive digital imaged encapsulated display sheeting coated with a hardwearing water based coating containing anti-slip particles.

This has all the attributes of our existing core products including outstanding full colour imagery and a durable hard-core, non-slip surface. However, there is the added benefit of a thin rubber membrane backing which offers even greater versatility. This enables the mat to be used in a very practical and dynamic way in a variety of outdoor and indoor locations. The product currently has many different applications from corporate branding and signage to Point-of-Sale promotions, exhibitions or simply used as a ‘welcome’ mat to create and innovative first impression.

You are not limited to any particular size or shape and should you require something a little more bespoke, our mats can be custom made to order including using luminous inks and creating 3D effects.

• 3-5 year vinyl - suitable for exhibition graphics, short term exterior and general advertising applications.
• 5-7 year vinyl - ideal for outdoor signs, vehicles and applications where a longer life is required.
• 10 year vinyl - premium grade 10 year vinyl ideal for applications such as marine and aerospace markings, premium long term graphics and situations where your graphics are likely to be exposed to the most extreme weather conditions.

Effective Performance Life
12 months indoor and outdoor. The performance is based upon foot traffic and light vehicular traffic. The imaging may be damaged by heavy equipment such as snowploughs, snow shovels and road sweepers, minor edge lifting is unavoidable.

 

Signage Creation Process:

1. Meet, email or telephone to discuss look, feel and design of Signage
2. Client supplies us with (if any) ideas, colours, text, taglines, other liked Signage or designs
3. One or more Signage designs are created and emailed or posted to the client
4. Changes or improvements are made if needed
5. Signage made and installed by us or organised by client

Fixing Signage

With all solutions, Edmonds UK provide a fixing template. Your template is taped to the fixing surface you wish to use. The template needs to be smooth and level. If the template is not smooth or is slightly loose against the fixing surface you may find the signage does not line up precisely with the holes drilled. Once the template is correctly positioned the male marks become the drill points needed to fix the female fixings.
