Totem ellipso is a double-sided curved system for either internal and external use. It is easy to assemble and offers a well-designed, cost effective solution for most signage requirements.

All systems include – vertical extrusions, horizontal bracing bar extrusions, top and bottom routered end covers (grooved to accept panels) intermediate formers, where applicable and all fasteners. Costs exclude panels, graphics and foundation legs which can be quoted separately.

Maxi is a post-mounted monolith available up to 6000mm high x 1500mm wide.

A highly flexible system for interiors and exteriors with an ingenious design that makdes it both robust and easy to assembly. Suspended, pole, wall and projected applications are possible. Constructed from durable, aluchrome-dipped and powder coasted 1.6mm aluminium.

Panel & Pole Sign Systems Construction: The panels are made of durable 1.6mm aluminium, which is aluchrome dipped and then powder coated. A unique rounded aluminium extrusion clamps panels to their poles from freestanding installations or wall and suspended signs. Projecting signs are fixed by a sturdy wall bracked which may be extended to support panels up to 600mm in width.

Colour: The standard paint finish is white. All other BS, RAL and NCS colours are available subject to an additional equipment and material preparation charge.

 

Vista Sign Systems - Modular Double-Sided Pylons:

Vista system offers a range of bases and end caps that utilize the built in screw bosses allowing all sign holders to be assembled using only a screwdriver. This feature of the system is used to create freestanding convex, double-sided signs to be used with standard sign substrates, without interior illumination. The system will accept a variety of standard inserts/substrates, including: paper, plastic, metal, laminates, sublimations, metal photo, etc… By adding Vista System divider strips, the towers can function as directories with changeable inserts.

Suitable for directories, show rooms, lobbies and displays in many environments, including parking garages, airports, hospitals, office buildings, campuses and libraries, etc! A wide range of sizes can be fabricated by expanding the extrusions to fit the standard bases and end caps.

Available in two basic designs and can be ordered in various heights to accommodate a wide range of applications:

• The Slim design offered in 10 different widths from 150mm through to 600mm
• The wide design is available in 14 different widths from 150mm through to 1200mm

Vista Sign Systems - Triangular Pylons:

A triangular pylon, utilizing short sections of Vista post extrusions between frame sections to create an attractive way-finding system. With Vista system customized signs are the standard. By using standard extrusions and components, custom designs stay affordable. Assembly is simple, and the only tool required is a screwdriver. Create freestanding convex triangular sign towers, using the standard Vista extrusions joined with a series of matching end caps and bases.

This cost effective frame system allows for the use of standard signage substrates such as: plastics, metals, and paper.

Create your own signage and then flex and pop them in! When it’s time to change the graphics just pop them out again with the Vista Key suction cup. The clear non-glare lens provided by Vista can be used as a substrate for your vinyl graphics, or placed over printed-paper inserts (Note - paper should be used for indoor applications only).

Bases are available for both permanent and portable applications. Offered in 14 different widths from 100mm / 4” to 1000mm / 40”, and can be ordered in various heights to accommodate a wide range of applications.

Fristem outdoor is one of the largest scale sign systems of its kind currently on the market. It can be used to display rigid aluminium composite boards or banners, or a mix of the two, up to a height of 5.3m. The unique holding ring enables panels to be arranged at a variety of angles creating many different display configurations.

All components are silver anodised. All banners are PVC vinyl in any RAL colour. All aluminium composite panels are silver metallic as standard and also available in black and white. Post diameter up to 5300mm height is 140mm. Post diameter up to 3000mm height is 76mm. All post heights stated are above ground. (The planting depth into ground is 700mm for 140mm and 1000mm for 76mm).

Aluminium composite available in portrait or landscape, pole heights above ground are in bold height x width (mm).

2. Client supplies us with (if any) ideas, colours, text, taglines, other liked Signage or designs
3. One or more Signage designs are created and emailed or posted to the client
4. Changes or improvements are made if needed
5. Signage made and installed by us or organised by client

Fixing Signage

With all solutions, Edmonds UK provide a fixing template. Your template is taped to the fixing surface you wish to use. The template needs to be smooth and level. If the template is not smooth or is slightly loose against the fixing surface you may find the signage does not line up precisely with the holes drilled. Once the template is correctly positioned the male marks become the drill points needed to fix the female fixings.

Delivery:

The Signage design and making process can take as little as 5 working days depending on size and complexity of signs.
