Development boards are usually large in size and positioned in prominent locations. The information displayed usually includes the development name, details, artist’ impression of the finished development, contact telephone number(s) and main developers details. In some instances space is also allocated for sub contractors etc.

Edmonds design, manufacture and supply sign boards in various materials and in a range of thicknesses for various signage applications.

The sign boards can be used for a wide range of signage applications including site boards and developers signs, as well as other general signage.

Sign boards- the material
Most sign boards are manufactured from PVC sheet material such as Foamex as Foamalux. Some other suppliers use fluted material for their sign boards. This material is easy to damage and is not very durable - estate agents boards are made from this type of material. Surprisingly PVC sheet is a cheaper material and is better suited to sign board production.

Forget one or two colour limits
Some competitors limit you to one or two colours and/or a handful of type styles. We don't - you can have the sign board you want at a really good price. For the same board with any colour you like our price is less than a third of this VAT included. Sign board lettering and graphics are usually created from cut vinyl films which are applied to the surface of the board. PVC sign board material comes in a variety of colours. Foam PVC material can also be cut into solid letters and shapes.

Estate agent boards are lightweight, durable, double sided corex boards with the estate agents contact information on either side and mounted into position near the property For Sale or To Let . These boards can either be screen printed for bigger quantities and additional vinyl lettering added as and when required or printed onto exterior grade vinyl for smaller quantities.

Why buy these sign posts?
Sign posts are robust yet very easily to install. With timber or steel posts you have the hassle of preparation and painting. Wooden posts need priming, undercoating and glossing. The strength of small timber posts is not that great so you run the risk of posts snapping or splitting. Steel posts also need priming and painting. They are heavy so delivery costs more. Steel posts will also rust if scratched or chipped. These plastic sign posts are self coloured- you don't need to paint them- ever. They are as light as timber but stronger than steel.

3. One or more Signage designs are created and emailed or posted to the client
4. Changes or improvements are made if needed
5. Signage made and installed by us or organised by client

Fixing Signage

With all solutions, Edmonds UK provide a fixing template. Your template is taped to the fixing surface you wish to use. The template needs to be smooth and level. If the template is not smooth or is slightly loose against the fixing surface you may find the signage does not line up precisely with the holes drilled. Once the template is correctly positioned the male marks become the drill points needed to fix the female fixings.

Delivery:

The Signage design and making process can take as little as 5 working days depending on size and complexity of signs.
