High quality, long lasting Banners that are suitable for both interior or exterior use. Mostly used for short-term external signage with the added convenience of rolling it up to be used again e.g. to promote forthcoming events, scaffolding sites, sponsorship events etc. Our banners are printed with exterior and waterproof inks and can be finished with pockets, stitched seams and eyelets.

Reinforced PVC is the most common material although Banners are also available in cotton, polyester and canvas. White is the most versatile colour but a range of colours are available.

Banners can be supplied with vinyl graphics, or digitally printed graphics and are finished ready for hanging and come complete with brass eyelets, or pockets for pennant style or scaffolding mounting.

Banner accessories include:

• Ropes - A wide selection of white and coloured cords of various strengths.
• Shock Cord - Elasticated rope, to allow tensioning of banners. Available in 6mm, 7mm and 10mm sizes.
• Hooks - For use where tying may be inappropriate.
• Banner Frame - Specially designed aluminium frames for mounting banners.
• Ultra Block - 2-layer PVC allowing printing/graphic application on both sides for two sided viewing.

PVC Mesh is the perfect media for building wraps, billboard production, wraps for scaffolding, backdrops for stage sets, exhibition halls and concerts. It is external approved making it ideal for the harshest weather conditions, ultra strong and flame retardant, yet easy to handle and finishing includes eyeleting and stitching.

The Standard Duty Frame is suitable for use on golf courses, other sporting events and exhibitions – both indoor and outdoor and is made from 25 mm square anodised aluminium tube with plastic push-fit joints.

Each frame comes complete with looped elastics to secure and tension the banner, carrying bag, and a set of pegs for outdoor events.

The modular structure gives sufficient flexibility for different banner sizes, whilst even the longest element fits easily into a standard car. Maximum banner size - 30 ft x 3 ft.

These Banner Frames can also be supplied Double Frame format to allow banners to be attached to either side when all-round visibility is needed. Struts can be added for extra support where necessary.

The Heavy Duty Frame is made from 30 mm diameter round anodised aluminium tube and is ideally suited to withstand the rigors of frequent outdoor use They feature cast aluminium joints with rubber O rings for easy fitting.

Easily carried in a car, these modular banner frames are supplied with carrying bags, elasticated banner fixing loops and ground pegs.

Heavy Duty Frames accommodate banners up to 20 ft x 4 ft or 30 ft x 3 ft.

Overhead Banner Frames:

If you need your message to stand head and shoulders above the rest, the Overhead Banner Frame is an ideal solution. Manufactured from 44.5 mm diameter anodised aluminium tube with machined aluminium joints, and can be anchored to the ground with base spikes, guy ropes and heavy duty pegs. Overhead Banner Frames can be supplied in Single Span (banners up to 12 ft x 3 ft) or Double Span (banners up to 22 ft x 3 ft).

To ensure your prominently-positioned banner looks its best throughout the event, the banner is sleeved on to the cross bar of the Overhead Frame.

Heavy Duty Wall Mounted Banner System:

The Heavy Duty Wall Mount system allows banners to be installed projecting at 90 degrees from the wall and has been designed to suit very large banner sizes. The unit comprises a tough steel wall mount bracket and large 60 mm diameter aluminium arm. Banner installation and change over is made easy with the use of a tension bar. In the standard configuration this system is suitable for banners with areas up to 5m2. Larger banners can be accommodated using intermediate brackets and stay wires.

For Banners up to 4m2 the standard Duty Face Fix System provides an ideal solution. Particularly suited to portrait orientation banners this system is based on the very heavy duty version illustrated, but uses 45mm dia tubing and spring tensioners. Banners are easily installed and changed. The springs ensure banners are always well tensioned but allow them to flex in gusty conditions.

The Face Fix system is an increasingly popular exterior promotional tool, commonly used on free wall spaces and gable ends. The system enables large banners to be secured flat to a wall with the ability to change and tension the banner easily. Features Heavy Duty steel brackets with pre-drilled 16 mm fixing holes, 60 mm aluminium cross bars, tension bar and stainless steel rigging screws and fittings. Banners are quickly installed and changed by sliding onto the cross bars and tightening the rigging screws.

The Standard Post Mount Bracket offers an alternate approach to fixing banners to steel lighting posts and other verticle columns. The system comprises a heavy gauge aluminium pole to which the banner is sleeved. The pole is secured into a pressed steel bracket by means of a removable locking pin. Plastic collars retain the banner in position from both sides.

Signage Creation Process:

1. Meet, email or telephone to discuss look, feel and design of Signage
2. Client supplies us with (if any) ideas, colours, text, taglines, other liked Signage or designs
3. One or more Signage designs are created and emailed or posted to the client
4. Changes or improvements are made if needed
5. Signage made and installed by us or organised by client

Fixing Signage

With all solutions, Edmonds UK provide a fixing template. Your template is taped to the fixing surface you wish to use. The template needs to be smooth and level. If the template is not smooth or is slightly loose against the fixing surface you may find the signage does not line up precisely with the holes drilled. Once the template is correctly positioned the male marks become the drill points needed to fix the female fixings.

Delivery:

The Signage design and making process can take as little as 5 working days depending on size and complexity of signs.
